Villa Baan Suk Sabai is located on a hill with stunning views over Surin beach and Bang Tao Bay. It is a privately owned three bedroomed Thai-style house. It has two living rooms, a dining room, a study, which can be converted to a fourth bedroom, a large swimming pool, a sala and a well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a large bathroom with an outside double granite bath.
The swimming pool is 11 meters by 5 meters, has an infinity effect and a bar with stools.
Surin Beach is a 15 minute walk away and has some local restaurant and bars, without being overcrowded.
Surin Hill is 25 minutes from the airport and it is a 15 minute drive to the nightlife of Patong.

Designed to take maximum advantage of its location, stunning panoramic views of both Surin Bay and Bang Tao Bay can be enjoyed from many areas on the upper main level. The Thai sala and infinity swimming pool are cleverly designed to allow a rare view of both bays simultaneously. The house has two living rooms and in addition has a study that can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom. Complete with a granite bar, this villa is ideal for entertaining while offering privacy and seclusion.
