- Reservations are subjected to availability.
Rates conditions
- Rates are net inclusive of 10% service charge & 7% VAT and for room only.
- 1 bedroom is suitable for a couple or single person. Extra persons and children will be counted as an additional bedroom.
- When booking for 3 nights or more, we will offer a complimentary round trip airport transfer and free 1 hour massage at the Grove Gardens Spa
Cancellation Policy and no show
- For cancellation made less than twenty one (21) days prior to appointment, full charges will apply.
- Full charges will also apply for “no-show”.
- All charges will be applied to the lead guests.
Payment schedule
- 10% of the total room reservation will be charged when the booking is confirmed
- an additional 40% will be charged thirty (30) days prior to the guests arrival date
- the remaining 50% will be charged before guests’ departure on site
