- All rooms feature remote controlled air conditioning
- Master suite, outdoor bathrooms, pool area, Sala, living and dining areas featured piped sound from the integral Amplifiers installed (bring your own IPod and / or CD’s).
- 50 inch and 32 inch flat panel TV’s in the living room and master suite respectively, are supported by 32 channel satellite TV featuring the main UK, European and US Sports, News, Movie and light entertainment channels. DVD players with 5.1 surround sound speaker systems are also linked to both TV’s.
- Remote controlled Mood lighting for living areas, master suite and pool / bar areas.

- Maid’s quarters – single bed with separate bathroom, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Kitchen – fully equipped with European / American style appliances + toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc.
- Dining Area – 8 seater dining table and chairs
- Living Area – seats 8 comfortably with TV / sound system as detailed above, coffee table and AV cabinet.
- Master Suite – integral and free standing cabinets, dressing table, King size bed, day bed. Dressing area featuring his and hers hanging areas, his and hers vanity units and shower / WC booths. Adjoining the master suite is a private walled outdoor bathroom with below ground bath and shower.
- Guest Suite – integral wardrobes, dressing table, King size bed, indoor bathroom with his and hers vanity units and shower / WC booths. Adjoining the guest suite is a private walled outdoor bathroom with below ground bath and shower.
- 3rd Bedroom – Twin beds, integral wardrobes, dressing table. Ensuite bathroom which has additional door allowing direct access onto the pool.
- Garden Villa - integral wardrobes, dressing table, King size bed, indoor bathroom with enormous marble bath in addition to the shower / WC booths. Integral sitting area with sofa and coffee table.
- Pool Area - 60 square Metre pool with fountains and integral Jacuzzi, 4 x sun loungers with 2 x umbrellas and stands. Outdoor shower unit. Outdoor bar with bar stools, barbeque, dedicated fridge and worktop / sink. Large lawned area with tropical shrubs and plants surrounding all of the outside area.
