Hi Marc,
The apartment at Kata Gardens was great and was so close to restaurants and the center. There were a couple of things about the apartment that maybe should be fixed for the next guests which are one of the doors going onto the terrace does not lock, a few light bulb were not working and wires were hanging down in one of the bedrooms, most of the pumps in the pool were not working and the door outside does not lock either. We did not mind but you might get a future guests that can be awkward. The apartment was as described on the website and the booking was easy to do. You were also very helpful.
Nice stay in Kata

Kata Gardens is well maintaned. We rented the three bedroom penthouse for three single people traveling together. Be warned however, that the website photos for the 3 bedroom apartment are really from the second floor. The penthouse is fine with it's own pool on the expansive roof deck, but it does not have 3 bathrooms, and the outdoor seating area in front of the living room is furnished with a table and chairs, not the comfy outdoor seating in the photos. The staff however, is great. As for dining, just across the street and to the left is Mom Tri's Kitchen, which has great food and a spectacular setting right on the water. The apartments are walking distance to both Kata Beach and Kata Noi, the latter decidedly more upmarket. One gets good excercise going up and down the hills from the apartment in both directions. Eat all you want, you won't gain an ounce!a pat on the back!

Dear Nick I wish to thank you all for a wonderful stay in Phuket. The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained. Khun Little is a fantastic lady, very good in her work and connections. The staff from the security guards to the girls who cleaned our place were pleasant and great. Our stay in Phuket is indeed full of beautiful memories. Thanks to you all!
