At Katamanda Phuket, the holiday villas are ranging from 2 to 7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious air-conditioned living and dining rooms, plus extensive outdoor decks or terraces, and with most of the villas having a private pool.

The reception, services and back-of-house areas at the Clubhouse, together with the range of recreational features, have been designed to service villa rental guests. Important Notice

Katamanda Estate’s current inventory of villas is totally fitted out, furnished and serviced. The Clubhouse, recreational facilities and estate services are all established. Consequently, everything is fully operational.
However, some new villas are still under construction and it is currently projected that full completion of villas will not be before November 2006. Consequently, guests may experience some minor inconvenience and construction noise. Estate management is taking all steps to minimize any disturbance or inconvenience to Katamanda guests. With this in view, some of the villa rentals have been discounted by 50%. Katamanda accepts all reservations subject to guest acceptance of the ongoing construction at the Estate.
