All rates are on a per villa basis, quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to service charge (10%) and VAT (7%).
Payment is in Thai Baht at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.

Deposit

A deposit of one night accommodation is required upon confirmation of the reservation. Only reservations with deposit paid are guaranteed. Long-term rental deposits are required per rental contracts.

Cancellations

Cancellations made prior to 60 days - fully refundable.
Cancellations made prior to 30 days - 50% refundable.
Cancellations made less than 30 days - no refund.

Airport Transfer

One way transfer by car from the airport to the resort is available at US$ 20.00

Car Rental

Self-drive cars can be pre-arranged; please let us know your requirements.
Please note a valid international driver's licence is required for foreigners driving in Thailand. Remember to keep left; Thailand is right hand drive.

Credit Cards

All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Diners) are accepted.

Amendments

Any amendments to original booking dates are always subject to availability.

Liability

Guests are liable for any breakage and/or damage they may cause to the property.
