A 20-metre infinity pool provides a centrepiece for this stunning villa, which offers comfort and luxury in a quiet, tropical setting.TVilla B features 3 bedrooms, all en-suite with the master bedroom and guest bedroom on the ground level overlooking the pool, a second upper level guest room and rooftop pool sits above the kitchen with access to the garden balcony and spectacular views of the surrounding landscape.
There is also an entertainment room with a state-of-the- art sound system and a private study with wireless Internet access. The dining and living areas boast floor to ceiling windows that allow light to fill the room and also slide open directly onto the pool terrace. Large windows are one of the villa's most appealing features as they draw the outside in to create a backdrop from the natural surroundings.
The Layan Estate is ideally situated on a peaceful hillside surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with fabulous beaches just a short drive along the coast.

The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period. Within 30 days of arrival date: * All rental payments are forfeited. * The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. * Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company. * Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests.
