Rate Rules:
- All rates are nett in Thai Baht per villa per night including service charge and government tax
- Rates listed are for single or double occupancy per villa per night with a maximum 2 adults and 2 children or maximum 3 adults in a villa.
- Third person supplements are also nett per person per night including breakfast with a maximum one extra bed.
- Children over 12 years of age will be charged at adult rates. 50% discount for child 6-12 years and free of charge for child lower 6 years of age.
- Daily complimentary minibar, excluding liquor and wine
- Minimum stay of 5 nights is required for the period of 28 December 2008 to 04 January 2009.
- Infants cots shall be supplied free of charge and must be requested at the time of reservation.
- Children who stay in all villas will be entirely responsible by parent/family.
- Day-use until 6.00 pm will be charged at 50% of the contracted rate and 100% after 6.00 pm (subject to availability upon arrival).
