Rates conditions
- Minimum rental is for one week
- Shorter periods may be possible with prior consultation though the daily rate may vary
- 25% deposit payable upon booking, refundable for cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to date of arrival when balance is payable
- Cancellation charges of between 50-100% of total rental rate for later cancellations
- £300 security deposit payable the day before arrival, refunded within two weeks of departure.
