  The villa overall was great but I hadn‘t understood that you had to go outside to get to the bedrooms on the lower floors and the 5th bedroom/playroom had smell of mold.

  The booking of the house was easy. However, when we then wanted to add a rental car to the booking it seemed complicated and took lots of emails - seems like one person was in Canada and the next one in the UK and they then had to communicate with the Thai Manager onsite.

  The staff were nice, but said repeatedly that they were tired - that there had been sooo many guests. The chef did cook great food for us though!!!
