VILLA 1 (Master Villa)
Villa 1 is a hideaway, stand alone villa complete with plunge pool and a large infinity edge pool, internal and external waterfalls, wrap around 5m wide decking, 125m up on the side of a mountain facing east and overlooking Chaweng Beach.
Made in solid teak with a thatched roof, this distinctive and stunningly beautiful villa makes for the perfect photo opportunity. The fusion of Asian cultures, in the exterior design, is a theme that's mirrored in the unique interior furnishings where genuine 17th Century Thai Buddha images sit comfortably alongside contemporary Indonesian batiks. And each object is an individual piece of art that has been intelligently sourced and selected to complement the other. All resulting in the creation of an internal ambience, which is capable of competing with the splendor of the external features.
On the upper level you will find the perfect area for entertaining: a bar for eight people, a detached fully fitted western kitchen, an impressive dining area, an audio-visual centre and high-speed internet access. This level has a very distinctive, intricately hand carved sand stone Balinese wall with 2 hand carved teak doors leading to 2 bedrooms.
Each bedroom has its own 4 poster Balinese Style Bed and large en-suite bathroom with handmade Tub and Shower. The master bedroom even has a waterfall and plunge pool in the bathroom. There is also a detached bathroom with shower to accommodate this living area.
On the lower floor are the two large and exquisitely furnished en-suite bedrooms; each one containing a feature sunken bath. Also on this floor is the steam-room and spa and large vanishing edge swimming pool with built in bar.
All of this luxury is surrounded and in complete harmony with the extensive and well stocked tropical gardens. There are quiet spaces and pathways to complete the definitive island retreat. The lower garden has a unique Massage Sala with waterfall, spectacular views and soothing music for your afternoon massage.
Villa 1 also features an extensive private tropical garden, with waterfalls, natural rock swimming pools, quiet spaces and pathways.
VILLA 2
Villa 2 is nestled on a steep hillside with stunning sea views across the bay of Chaweng beach, a truly world class view. Villa 2 shares the same attention to detail, quality of finish, and service, while being completely unique and distinct in its details.
A pineapple motif is reminded throughout the house along with carved Balinese details. One enters the villa through Balinese double wooden gates, which open onto the pool deck. The freeform infinity edge swimming pool overlooks the bay, and a Jacuzzi sits at the far end. The deck also boasts teak sun loungers and a bar with leather-upholstered stools with a dining table seating up to 6.
Adjacent to the pool, the upper floor features an open-plan living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table also seating 6, and a lounge area with satellite TV, DVD, and its surround system. On each side of the living room, carved wooden doors open onto 2 spacious double bedrooms, each featuring romantic 4-poster King-size beds, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, safe, and the individually controlled air-conditioning.
Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom; one with shower, and the other with shower and terrazzo tub. The entire property features sliding glass doors onto the pool deck and sea views, and feature beautiful wood vaulted ceilings and cool terracotta- tiled floors.
A large third double en-suite bedroom is located on the lower level, which is accessed down a stairway at the far end of the pool deck, and includes a terrace, and stunning uninterrupted sea views.
VILLA 3
Villa 3 is an amazing Balinese style villa, nestled on a hillside, with stunning sea views across the bay of Chaweng beach and the northern coast of Koh Samui.
The Villa features a distinctive Balinese thatched roof in the style of traditional rice barns while the owner has ensured consistency in luxury and taste throughout the villa. Accessed via private pathway and wooden bridge, a hand carved Balinese door opens to Villa. A short staircase leads up to the ground floor air-conditioned double bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, mini-bar, safe, and satellite TV.
To add comfort for its guests, the bedroom features a water hyacinth sofa and coffee table set in order to enjoy the fantastic sea views through full height windows and concertina glass doors. The steps run further to reach a Balinese stone-carved fountain, with a lawn patch and up to the main floor level of Villa.
First, an outdoor detached Balinese bathroom with a high thatched roof, and sandstone clad walls is two steps away from the main entrance. Then, when entering the living room, one feels the spaciousness of the room due to the wooden beamed high ceiling, and large windows on 3 sides to ensure an optimum natural brightness. The largest windows open onto the large covered balcony with al-fresco dining for 6 while enjoying that world class sea view.
Adjacent to the balcony is a large patio where sits the infinity-edge pool. The pool patio can also be entered through concertina doors on the sides of the living room, and includes a selection of sun-beds and an outdoor dining table for 6 with a large parasol.
The open-plan living room includes a fully equipped kitchen with full-size oven, built-in stainless steel microwave, large fridge-freezer, hob with extractor hood and a range of appliances. A wooden breakfast bar seats two on wooden bar chairs, and a water hyacinth suite with coffee table completes the setting in this comfortable room.
The final touch of mood is set by the Balinese art and antiques. To the back of the room, a wide steel and wood spiral staircase leads up to the sumptuous master bedroom, where the design of the thatched roof can be further appreciated with a dome of exposed thatch domes down on the romantic King size bed and its mosquito nets.
Ambience and optimisation of space and comfort can be felt with numerous addition to the room fittings and furniture: another water hyacinth suite with coffee table opens to the balcony through full length windows with similar sea views as the other rooms; at the rear of the room, a wood panelled wall hides the air-conditioning and a walk-in wardrobe; the room is also equipped with satellite TV, DVD, personal safe and ceiling fans; finally a double daybed overlooks the pool through a window in the thatch, and an antique wood carved sofa on the balcony adds to the unique mood of the villa’s master bedroom.
