This Phuket Villa has a simple yet stylish contemporary design in its layout. The ground floor where you enter the Villa has a private gymnasium and cinema room. The design of this Villa rental is open plan and the living room with its large windows and high ceilings makes the living room very spacious.
The ceramic white tiles of the floor offset the white leather furniture and give the living room its ambience. The living room flows into the dining room which is elevated above the living room which has large windows and the same white and black colour scheme. The cinema room has a vaulted ceiling and the entertainment equipment has been added to the side wall.
The cinema room flows through large patio doors to the infinity edge pool on the terrace with breathtaking views of the town below. The gymnasium is also located on the first floor. The bedrooms are contemporary in design with some having wooden floors and others white ceramic tile. The size of this Phuket Villa is what gives its perch away against the hillside being more than 650 square meters in size.
There are 5 bedrooms in this Villa all with their own patio and they have been split over 2 levels. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom which is ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms are on the second level. They are not ensuite and have double beds which can be changed to twin beds on request.
There are 4 bathrooms in the Villa two of which are ensuite, 1 is shared between the other rooms and 1 bathroom has been designated a guests bathroom. The bathrooms have been tastefully decorated and have showers and toilets. Only 2 bedrooms are ensuite in this Villa.
The dining room is open plan and elevated above the living room and the décor is simple yet very tasteful and eye-catching. With large windows and seating for 8 guests the dining room also boasts a small bar counter with seating for 3 guests. The view from the dining room is spectacular as one can see the town below through the patio doors.
The kitchen has been tastefully decorated and is located on the first floor of the Villa. This is a Western style kitchen and boasts all the latest in equipment from a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, kettle, oven, toaster, a four ring stove, iron and ironing board and cooking utensils.
The living room is open plan and has white ceramic tiles and plush white leather furniture. The large patio doors in the living room open to the pool and terrace. There is also a Jacuzzi outside on the terrace which gives you full view of Patong and the ocean in the distance. The living room and cinema room are equipped with a flat screen television with international channels and a DVD player.

| Villa Tom is located less than 5 minutes drive from Patong Beach and the central town of Patong. With numerous restaurants, discotheques and markets catering to all tastes, Patong is one of the better locations in Phuket to rent a Villa. 10 minutes drive is the Phuket Country Club and numerous golf courses. The airport is less than 15 minutes away from the Villa and the scenery is spectacular. The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises. Payment Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied. Security deposit We do not take a security deposit, however we accept accidents happen, it is requested that you replace the damaged item/s like for like or a charge will be made. Any damage must be notified to the owners immediately and rectified prior to departure. Personal Safety The owners can not accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately. Pets No pets are allowed into the properties, any pets found in the properties the Guest will be charged for a full clean. Smoking Please consider our non smoking guests and smoke outside the property, ash trays are provided. Daily maid service Daily maid service is included in the price except Palm Grove Pool Villas where there is a charge of THB 1000 per time inclusive of a linen change, bookable and to be paid at reception. Daily maid service in all other Villas includes the daily cleaning of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 baht per towel per day. Damaged or un-cleanable soiled sheets will be charges at THB 2000 per set. Beach towels are not provided these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices if required. Water & Electricity All prices include water and electricity charges. We have budgeted that a generous allowance, based on average use that a weekly allowance of 2000 baht is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we reserve the right to charge 7 baht per unit exceeding that amount. Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out! On some ‘high end’ villas services are inclusive this will be stated on your booking details. Liability The owners or their agents can not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused. We strongly recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover this. Force Majeure The owners or their agents can not accept, or be responsible for any liable loss, damage or changes caused by force Majeure for example. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any such event beyond our control. Swimming pool Many properties have a private pool and the Village offers the use of a communal pool. We can not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pools. Please take care and ensure all children are supervised at all times. Problems or complaints All our properties are inspected daily and it is unlikely that you should experience any problems, however, in the event of any such problem please notify the management or staff as soon as possible. We will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately during normal working hours or the next working day. Please note that Thailand is a tropical country and insects and small creature are inevitable and beyond our control. Please ensure on completion of cooking all waste foods are disposed of and work surfaces are cleaned to ensure this is kept to a minimum. Check in / out times. Our check in times are after 1300hrs – check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing. |
